I am a driven (S)VP of Sales with over 25 years of experience across the SaaS and PaaS industries — from fast-moving start-ups like Rappit to global organisations such as Siemens. I am passionate about building high-performing sales teams that consistently outperform targets by deeply understanding customer needs and forging long-term, value-driven relationships.

My career spans founding my own company, leading EMEA expansions for well-funded scale-ups, and coaching BDRs through to enterprise AEs. I am equally comfortable setting strategy in the boardroom and rolling up my sleeves on the front line.

Outside of work, I'm married and a proud father of three. I keep active through running, weight training, skiing, and Kamado grilling — and I'm always eager to take on new challenges.

Leading the global sales organisation and executing high-impact commercial strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, overseeing global sales operations, compensation plans, and annual budgets. Developing scalable sales strategies and processes, setting ambitious targets, and successfully opening and building new regional markets.
